My machine reads "Calling for Maintinance" or a service light is flashing.

Your machine is over due for a service.

When I send a document, the other end is received with black lines down page.

Clean the scanner glass on the sending machine, or contact us for a service.

My printer reads "Check Paper or "Paper Jam" and there is paper in the cassette and i cannot see a paper jam.

Remove your cassette and check if the guides are up against the paper, or clean the pickup roller. If the fault is still there then call us for a service.
